IEEE WCNC 2009 FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All accepted papers must be prepared as indicated below and final versions must be uploaded to IEEE Conference eXpress site in order for them to be published in the proceedings.

CRITICAL: Failure to comply with all the required (*) elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference record.

It is important for all IEEE authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences.

*REVISE YOUR PAPER
